Shipping Policy

1. Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide! The delivery time for all orders is between 5 to 12 business days, with a standard processing time of 6 to 48 hours.

If your order shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

2. Order Processing & Cancellations

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, all orders are prepared for processing and shipment immediately after they are submitted. This allows us to get your Rose(s) on the way to you as quickly as possible.

Because of this, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

If you do want to request: changes to items, quantities, shipping details, or cancelling part or all of an order, email us ASAP and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Please include your order number and/or name on the order in your email :)

If we're unable to cancel your order, you can simply wait for it to be delivered, and then submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

You will be updated automatically about shipping and delivery updates regarding your order via the contact information you entered at checkout. Once your order ships, you are able to track it with the tracking number(s) provided for the latest updates.

4. Taxes

Taxes are included in all prices, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees or hidden charges.

5. Tracking Says Delivered, But Haven't Received Package

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at Hi@RosesTruly.com and include your full name and order number so we can review the case.

If there is evidence of an incorrect delivery or delivery irregularity, we will issue a one-time free replacement for the order.

Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered. Only a one-time free replacement will be issued if applicable.

6. Lost Orders or Shipping Delays

We take responsibility for delays or losses during transit as long as all shipping details provided during checkout were correct.

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will send one replacement order at no additional cost.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

At RosesTruly, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and accurately. Before placing your order, we kindly request that you carefully review the shipping address to ensure accuracy. 

If you have a problem with your shipping address, please email us as soon as you can. We may be able to change it if your order has not yet shipped.

If your order has already shipped and the address is not correct, you may have the option to reschedule delivery to the correct address by contacting the local carrier or postal service handling the shipment.

8. Shipping Insurance:

Shipping Insurance guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen under any circumstances. If you decline Shipping Insurance, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can apply Shipping Insurance at checkout.
