Order notifications:
When you place an order & enter your email at checkout, you will receive order notifications when:

- Your order ships (tracking number(s) included in email)

*some orders may receive this notification late, or not at all, despite the tracking being updated to "Delivered".
Priority Processing:
Priority Processing is an optional shipping option at checkout, although it does not affect the actual transit time of your package. Priority Processing will rush process your order in ~1-2 business days rather than ~2-4.
Tracking your Order:
You will be updated automatically about shipping and delivery updates regarding your order via the contact information you entered at checkout. Once your order ships, you are able to track it with the tracking number(s) provided for the latest updates.

Incorrect addresses:
At RosesTruly, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and accurately. Before placing your order, we kindly request that you carefully review the shipping address to ensure accuracy.
If you have a problem with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you can. We may be able to change it.
If your order has already shipped and the address is not correct, you may have the option to reschedule delivery to the correct address by contacting the local carrier or postal service handling the shipment.
