Are they real Roses?

Our Roses made to look realistic, but are not real Roses. Our Roses are handcrafted (with Love ❤︎) & use real Rose patterns as inspiration for the designs. All of them are made to Last forever*, and many of our Rose styles do look real to the naked eye!

*(excluding LED battery powers, if applicable to the Rose. Replace or recharge batteries if dead.)

I never received an order confirmation email/SMS. Can you help me out?

Sure! If you entered your email at checkout, check your spam folder. If you don't see one, it's probably because you entered your email in incorrectly when you made your purchase. If you typed in your email incorrectly, or want to change your orders contact information, please include the name or address on the order when & email our contact team.

I never received my order. Help!

First, take a look at our Estimated Shipping Times, and make sure it's passed the suggested processing time as well. Orders placed in the holiday season may be subject to processing delays caused by high volume, although this does not affect transit times once shipped. To check your orders tracking information, visit our Track Your Order page.

What if I'm outside the US?

We can still ship to you, and likely offer Free Shipping to your country as well! We ship all non-United States orders from our international warehouse. Regarding your local currency, all orders are able to be processed in your local currency and will automatically be converted to USD as your order processes. 

What is your refund policy?

  • Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your order, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must report a damaged item within 48 hours of when your tracking says you received your order. You will be asked via an email to submit picture/video proof.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed from there with a refund/exchange.

I no longer want the Rose I've received & would like a return/exchange. What are my next steps?

We have a 60-day return policy. You can email us, tell us what's wrong, & ask for our Return address. Please do not return your product to the return address on the package's label before emailing us.
